Working with leaders and organisations who want to make sure that their people have the necessary tools, skills and knowledge to successfully manage everyday working life and to effectively deal with issues as they arise. We work at individual, team, departmental and/or organisational level depending on your needs, in person or online.

Method: We work collaboratively with organisations in a variety of ways to suit the situation that include:

  • Resilience Assessment: a full audit of what resilience means for your team and organisation; current levels of resilience; areas to work on and the development of a strategy for increasing resilience that is sustainable and integrated. 

  • One-to-one coaching for leaders: a series of tailor-made sessions that will allow you to work on your own resilience, identify and set specific goals and develop a plan of action for achieving them

  • Concentrated coaching: short, sharp coaching sessions for individual staff members to explore and gain clarity on specific challenges or projects

  • Team coaching: for teams who are working on a specific project collaboratively and need clarity on next steps

  • Workshops (online and in-person) on indiviudal topics
